Caprice Foster is the best, I have always wanted a 7 series it has been my dream car for years. Mrs Foster got me in a beautiful 750xi I love this car so much and I just want to thank her for her hard work she was very good. Mrs Foster is the one that you should definitely go and talk to if you want a BMW.

My husband and I were so impressed by the service we received from Kan Zhou at the BMW Silver Spring location. He was very patient, helpful and went above and beyond for us. We were so happy with Kan Zhou that we referred 2 more friends to him and we would continue to refer him to anyone we know. Should we need another car purchase we would defintely keep him in mind for the future.

Karen was straightforward and very helpful. She and her management were flexible on meeting me on the price point I was comfortable with, although the vehicle price was a bit more than a neighboring BMW dealership for a similar vehicle. I was pleased with the trade in offer I received. Only took 4 hrs from beginning to end to make my purchase and I hear it is often an all day hassle at other dealerships. Love my new car!

I recently purchased a vehicle from BMW of Silver Spring and it was a great experience. The entire staff was polite and pleasant throughout the process. My sale representative Tae Yeon went above beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase and that I was taken care of. After purchase, I had a problem with the head lamp. I called Tae and even though it was his day off made sure the service department was aware of the situation and they were ready for me when I arrived.
