I Love my new car I had an excellent experience at Silver Spring BMW.. I was car shopping went to Mercedes wasn't impressed came to BMW and loved it totally. My sales woman was Caprice F She took excellent care of me and my mom. She was patient and excited I was a new BMW customer. We are now Adopting Caprice into our family :). Go to Silver Spring and ask for the best Caprice Foster.

Talk about going the 10 extra miles. That's what I would do but Caprice Foster made me feel that she would walk 100 extra miles for me and my husband. She did an amazing job listening to what we wanted. She didn't hustle us. She didn't try to sell us something that we didn't want. The services I received from Thomas Grant at BMW Silver Spring can only be marked as phenomenal. I recently moved from another state and while I stayed at College Park during my first week, someone took the four tires and rims away from my 650i. Thomas provided the best service I've ever recieved. Ever. 5. Stars all the way. My car wouldn't start and I had it towed in. Starter was bad and a few seals were leaking. Thomas filed a claim on my behalf with my extended warranty company and had the claim approved the same day. He kept me informed about everything that was going on,and gave me daily status updates.
