Over all is awesome experience when you deal with Silver spring of BMW. Nan Wong the Sales manager and Kan Zhoe the client adviser are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Both helped me to assist with the purchase of my new BMW X3. They both are so friendly and made the process extremely simple and easy.I will definitely recommend them to my friends and will consider them for the future purchases.
I purchased my first BMW ever from David Davila at BMW Silver Spring. He was so polite, professional, and patient with me during the whole process. He was very thorough when he went over every detail of the car with me. He has even been very helpful when I have called him with questions about the features in my vehicle even months after the purchase. I highly recommend David if you are interested in purchasing a BMW.

First time doing the European Delivery experience could be tricky, especially when you are also trying to get a good deal in the process. My sales advisor (Kailash Joshi) made it extremely easy. We corresponded via email and agreed on a price ahead of time so as not to waste my time or his by having to go into the dealership to negotiate. Caprice was very good she made me feel relaxed about the transaction. Caprice made me feel like family or a old friend she was very friendly and caring about what I wanted .
