I recently took my car in for routine maintenance and turns out I needed major service. I got a really nice loaner while I waited for my service to be done(brand new), and when I got my car back it was nice and clean and they did a great job. They even worked with me on the pricing. leased this "sexy car" from bmw of silver spring. the sales person Tae Yeon was very helpful. I tried a couple of models. he was patience, not pushy and very knowledgeable and was able to steer me, what was the best option. I did not feel pressured. I would definitely go to him again and would strongly recommend him to anyone that looking for a bmw.

I just purchased a BMW X6 custom built from Tae Yeon. He was superb in communicating all the details and kept me updated on the whole process. The car did take longer than expected, however he was prompt on notifying us about the delays and it arrived punctually after he gave us the new ETA. Lonnie Overby is AMAZING!!! This is the second BMW that I’ve purchased from BMW of Silver Spring. You reaffirmed that there are still professionals that treat customers as family. Kailash service was excellent.
