Jacob Raykhel, the sales person assigned to me, did a great job educating me about the different options that were available and letting me test drive the two models that I had in mind. He then helped me place the order, giving me very sound advice and guidance. The delivery of the car was impecable--on time and perfect! BMW of Silver Spring and the team of Jacob and Michael Bolgar are unbeatable!!! Kudos to them!!!

I purchased an 2012 mini Cooper from kailash last week. I was an online buyer from west Virginia. I found the car on autoteader. I first spoke with nan she was great. I wanted an no Hassel transaction. And I got much much more. I drove 5 hours and 53 mints as soon as I got the kailash was waiting with a bottled water and a snack. I used the restroom then we preceeded to look at the mini. I had negotiated the price of the car over the phone and things went very well. Kailash was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Once I went to the dealership things were just as he as promised and there were no surprises. They even helped me turn in my rental car.

I always hate going to a dealership to buy a new car. This is exactly why I have gone to my brother who works for an Acura dealership for my last two vehicles. I have always wanted a BMW but did not have the resources to obtain one. I recently spoke to a neighbor who has a 335D.
