I visited the dealership looking for an '09 m5, and although they didn't have one on the lot, Lonnie was very helpful and knowledgable. I have since found another vehicle, but when the time comes to shop again Lonnie and Silver Spring BMW are my first stop.
Had a great experience buying a new car (2013 BMW 128i) from Silver Springs BMW and Kevin Hemmis. We live near San Francisco but our son is in DC (and had never negotiated a major purchase before) so virtually all of the interaction was by email and phone. Jack has been my service adviser for 3 years now. He is a wonderful gentleman and a great service advisor Listens to you and gives you the best advice. Never did I see him recommending something which is not required. I would recommend to anyone who wants their car serviced or diagnosed. He knows what he is talking.
