Kevin Hemmis gave me great service finding a new car. The dealer didn't have a car with the combination of features I wanted, so Kevin researched all the cars in the area and found me a great vehicle at a competitive price. He gave very professional service, was very responsive, and I'd recommend him and Silver Spring as a result.
Went to BMW of Silver Spring looking for a used 3 series. Met and worked with Steven Mueller who helped me track down what I was looking for after 3 visits (very patient!). Everything was a breeze from finding the right car to pricing and paper work. They even picked up my car and brought me a loaner so I could have Satellite radio installed in my car. I'm loving my 2011 3 series and will definitely visit Steven and BMW of Silver Spring for my next one!
Lonnie is excellent to work with. He very carefully educates you on the car's features and makes you understand the options you have based on your needs. He also followed up regularly with info he thought would help with my decision making after my first visit. I would definitely recommend him if you're in the market for a BMW.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Jacob when buying our 328i. Jacob was courteous and knowledgeable about the BMW product.
