I was able to get a Saturday appointment on fairly short notice, which was really nice. Thomas Grant was assigned to be my service advisor. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I had originally decided to wait for my vehicle, which was getting an oil service and brake replacement, but Thomas offered me a loaner car when he realized that the service would take longer than expected. I recently purchased a used 2011 M3 sedan from BMW of Silver Spring. I live in California, and the entire purchase transaction was handled remotely, through emails and a few phone calls. I used the online self-schedule to request a service appointment at the first available slot with Mr. Kevin Hull. I specifically requested Mr. Hull as my Service Advisor given the recommendations from several BMW enthusiast internet forums. I was able to get an appointment with Mr Hull approximately 5 days later. This was the first service visit experience at BWM of Silver Spring or any other dealership. Found a x5 deisel I liked. Talked to Kevin who worked out a deal. Drove from north jersey to trade in my 335xi 08 and pick up 2012 x5 35d. No hassle and easy close. I was done in 2hrs but Kevin took additional time to walk though the entire vehicle and all the options. Finance guy was great and so was the stand. I recommend the sales rep and professionalism.

Pleasant BMW buying experience at the BMW of Silver Spring. He was always prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable of everything about the BMW product. He is passionate about getting his clients into the BMW of their dreams, and was successful in getting me into my x5 with features I did not even think I wanted. After seeing cars at many different dealerships including BMW of Sterling, BMW of Rockville, and Passport BMW, I came back twice to BMW of Silver Spring. Now, I live within 5 miles of BMW of Rockville, and 25 of BMW of Silver Spring...so for me to make the climb to Silver Spring to see Jacob meant a lot to me...He never took advantage of my time, treated me fairly and honestly, and advocated for me as a client.
