"Sterling Lamborghini - buyer beware!" "Warranty Scam" Bought a used BMW here and paid almost 5K for an extended warranty. The vehicle also had a service plan that was still active. I brought it in for one oil change under the service plan, and there were no issues. Next oil change, they claim that there is over 3K worth of work that needs to be done and the bulk is not covered by this extended warranty. "We went in for a safety recall that should have taken 1..." We went in for a safety recall that should have taken 1 hour, and it was actually 4 hours. They didn't offer a loaner. And when they were done, there was a new seat error messages. It all got done, but it just took forever. and then to top it off, when I got my car back the interior windows were all dirty. "AVOID" I had a miserable experience with Sales Associate Matt Tillman and GM David Comfort trying to buy a used I8 that I drove 67 miles to see from MD with an appointment and they sold it to someone else when I was two miles away. My wife left work early that day and we drove in the pouring rain. All day long the sales associate texted me to tell me they were getting my car ready for me. "Beware the sales tactics and last-minute fees" Buyer beware - you will be told a price of a car, with an already exhorbitant $599 "processing fee," then you will be promised over the phone that the only other fees are "taxes, title, that's it!!" before making the investment in time to come in and spend two hours test driving a car and going over records, imperfections and so on.
