"2016 X-3" they changed oil but forgot to reset dashboard monitor...presented BMW coupon for $25 off microfilter but they never heard if the promo. from BMW but honored it anyway

"Got it done" I made an emergency appointment to replace a dead battery. Got the appointment as requested but I also had and appointment for 3 days later for the cars yearly shots and to fix a missing engine. When I came to my appointment Maria, my service advisor, told me she could have everything fixed that day. In that it is a two hour drive, there and back, it made a lot of sense for me to wait for all the service to get done in one day.

"Immediate Help" I really needed help right away for my mistake of putting washer fluid in the coolant. . I needed to know what to do, whether I should drive it or not. After I finally got through to my service advisor and that is my only complaint. With this new BDC at the dealership, you can’t get through to your service advisor unless you have their cell phone. The operator who answered the main line was rude when I told her I did not have the cell phone of my advisor. She said is he expecting your call. I tried to tell h... read more

"Warranty work" The problem was solve... The yellow engine light kept on coming on. And our advisor Carlos saw it was corrected and followed it to the finish line..

"xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" I had my tires replaced on a Saturday afternoon. They were ordered on line thru BMW and arrived at the parts department timely. (Parts department said this was the first he saw of this in over 6 years that he worked there.) I had an appointment confirmation but the dealership did not get notified of the appointment. They still took good care of me but they should somehow get the notifications from BMW.

"Judy was great" On May 1 I got on your website and asked for an appointment and received no response. On Friday May 3 I called your Service Dept and left a message and again, no call back. On Monday May 6 I drove from Cortez to the dealership to schedule my appointment in person. My appointment was for Wednesday May 8 at 10:00 AM and I arrived right on time to be greeted by a service lane packed with cars. "Service fine, repair not so much" They did not wash my car when completed the work and left some gooey stuff on the passenger side seat I had to clean. My air is no workin properly. They did the recall and did not check to see if the air was working. So still need to have repaired. Fell like they did 1/2 a job.

"Drive straight " Brought my car in for an alignment. I was notified by Carlos that I had a serious tire issue that I didn’t know about. The tech noticed during his inspection that one of the tires had a long dry rot crack on the inner sidewall. Said it could be very dangerous considering I like to drive fast with my fast car. "Acceptable but too long for oil change" I was told “an hour and a half”. I was there 50% longer. I received no progress report that there would be any delay. No problems found that should have caused a delay.
