"Coolant light comes on after getting it serviced!!!" Chose to go the BMW to get an oil change and flush coolant system. After spending 2 hours at the service center, drove home to find the coolant light was coming on at certain times. After spending another 2 hours the following day driving to BMW and deal with this issue, I was told that it just needed a top off!!! ... yes but it cost me another 2 hours Technician should have ensured the car ran for a few minutes and top off the first time I was there. "New car service." I was called to remind me of my service for my car. Made the appointment and everything went well. It was recommended that I switch tire due to their use, which I did. Very disappointed with the end of the car washes. I was never advised of it and found out when I went to do so. At least you could offer a car wash once a month, without a service.

"First Free Service " Customer Service stated the preventive maintenance would take 1:45 hours (oil and break fluid). Actually took 3 hours. When car was ready, the service reminder was not reset. Had to find someone to reset, so message would not appear every time I start the car.

"Was in for servuce" Only item not taken care of was the debt in good that has been there a year and Fernando told me in a text message he would have his dent guy fix it so 12 month later it’s still not done

"Passenger airbag recall" Quick and thorough service. The only issue was a prolonged drop off. My appointment was not in the system, even though I spoke on the phone with an administrator 4 days prior and I showed up at agreed time. It was resolved reasonably quickly, but all my contact info was wrong in the system and we had to correct, even though I had given my correct number over the phone previously. Auto service was good, administration poor.

"service rep late for appointment" Waited about 20 minutes in waiting area before a 'substitute' service rep showed up. She took info, then gave it to service rep who finally showed up. A little delay was somewhatdisturbingh
