I called the parts department for literally 20 mins to get a hold of someone, once on the phone “joe form parts” said he will call me back because he was helping someone else. Never got a call back I called back got a hold of the reception desk and asked for a parts manager, I was transferred over to voicemail this happened 3 more times after she reassured me someone was going to pick up. I knocked off 1 star because the vehicle I wound up leasing isn’t as well equipped as I thought. At the end of the call, I told her that I will be travelling from an hour away and would need a loan and she confirmed again. They asked me to come this morning. "Bought a pre certified 2018 x3 They were good on..." Bought a pre certified 2018 x3 They were good on delivery They charged a $699 doc fee which was a rip off I am waiting 10 weeks already and still don’t have my nys plates They blame NYS and service they hired but open road dropped the ball!

"Poor Dealership Experience | Caution Prospective Customers" After calling ahead to schedule an appointment for 6PM, I walked into the dealership punctually and was told by my sales specialist Igor that he was “busy and tied up”, and that he would not be able to assist me today. "The service department at Open Road BMW is horrible and..." The service department at Open Road BMW is horrible and has been for many years. I’ve only gone to them when I’ve had to (warranty) and won’t even do that going forward (I’ll drive a lot further). The hold message talks about 5 star service and exceeding expectations, but they are the exact opposite. They over promise, under deliver, and provide incredibly poor service.
