I purchased a 2019 3 series from them. Since day 1 I’ve had an issue with sunroof and worse issue radio. I have brought it in multiple times. I have video of the issue. They refuse to help me. Corporate tells me to talk to dealer and vice versa. They basically let me explain my issue while ignoring me. Corporate basically does nothing and the dealership literally does nothing. I would give this dealership a zero if possible. I am remote purchasing and called the dealership to purchase a very nice low mileage X3. I was told by the operator that a salesperson would reach out to me shortly. I called back an hour later and was told they were busy and someone would be reaching out very shortly. "Worst place to fix your BMW. If you lease anything better..." Worst place to fix your BMW. If you lease anything better than stock 3 series stay away from this place you will end-up paying your lease amount and drive the cheapest car they on the lot for weeks. They short on mechanics and even simple repairs will take them weeks to finish.
