"Used car scam" I Got a 07 335i with 82000 miles form here like 6 moths ago with a Warranty my car was in there shop 2 Times and but still smokeing after warranty run out took my car to the Beamer clinic to find out my 9000 car needs 8000 in repair please don’t but from OPEN ROAD!!!
"Worst receptionist and service" I just finished my car service.. the woman who works as receptionist is worst I never seen in my life. She responds nothing or gives correct answer . She ignores as if she busy in other work( may be racist??!! because I felt that way , the way she speaks .. I do not her name). Her work to talk to customer with smile. I won't go to this dealer anymore. Will inform BBB.
"I wish I had another service center close by. " Most unprofessional service center I have ever been too. In last 20 years, I have owned 5 different cars and never had an experience like I was subjected to in this facility. A place of full lies when it came to making reservations and promises with car loaners. Took them full 4 days to fix an issue , after I already had diagnosed for them. Give yourselves a favor. If you love your car, never go to this place.
"Useless" Igor has been absolutely useless. I gave him a 5 star rating initially but I have been waiting for my plates for almost two months, when I call Igor he says he'll get back to me but never does. He never knows anything and it is never his fault, it's always the "business office" which is mysteriously never available. Run Away from Igor!
"Stay away" Rude, arrogant, LOUSY customer service, managed by April Quist. Chaos in service department and complete lack of organizational and managerial skills. I had a scheduled appointment for 12 pm, scheduled a loaner two weeks in advance. At 12:35 I was told it would take 1.5 hours to get my car in, there is no loaner, and they can give me a shuttle to work. Tatiana - a receptionist had an arrogant, dismissive attitude. Please understand that the Loaner program is a convenience for customers who after dropping their vehicle off for maintenance as you were scheduled for, can come back at the end of the day and pick up their own vehicle after. Unfortunately, you wanted to use a loaner vehicle for a week, and have your vehicle on our premises for a week while using our loaner that is sorely needed for our other customers. "Appointment has no meaning" Came in at 8:15AM for an 8:30AM appointment. Writng this review at 9:45AM and I am still waiting to be checked in. Forget about loaners at this location, even timely service is impossible. Extremely dissatisfied and never gonna come here again.
"INCREDIBLE WASTE OF TIME" Starting a new job nearby in Woodbridge, I found this location to be convenient to take my car for service. I checked in my car for service at 11am for my 1115am appointment with Tom LaBarbara. The valet person takes my keys and directs me to the front desk. I go to the front desk and tell them, this is my first time here. They instruct me to wait in the waiting area and the advisor will be calling me soon. "The absolute worst service department in the USA" The WORST BMW service dept in the USA. Took my car in for service a month ago, car was shaking when you hit the brakes and they gave it back saying all is ok now. Had same issue and took it back today and when I did I asked them if they actually drove the car to experience the shaking and the rep said no, we measured the rotors and they were fine!! Ridiculous. "Worst service" I just didn’t want to buy BMW because of this Open Road Service. I moved to CA and bought a BMW. I had Mercedes and Lexus before that and they have awesome service. This guy didn’t give me loaner car after I got the appointment after 6 days and the shuttle service is not very good. Highly unprofessional.
