"Not very professional " I just didn’t want to buy BMW because of this Open Road Service. I moved to CA and bought a BMW. I had Mercedes and Lexus before that and they have awesome service. This guy didn’t give me loaner car after I got the appointment after 6 days and the shuttle service is not very good. They can definitely give a much better service.
"AVOID AT ALL COSTS" STAY AWAY from this dealer - and from salesperson David Lutz. Purchased a CPO BMW 320i - 2017 from them 3 weeks ago - immediately noticed the vehicle had issues with the brakes. How can a vehicle be certified - with warped rotors that violently shake when braking from speeds of 55+mph? Went back to the dealer and was essentially told they cannot do anything. Moreover. "Terrible service, stay away by all means" Please stay away from this dealership by all means. I took my car for a recall service, and they left the outlet vent open. I got alerts in the monitor followed by check engine light. I made multiple visits to them, but they couldn't fix the issue. I had to take the car to another dealership to diagnose and fix. I visited this dealership last week, looking for a lease on BMW X5. Jason Milligan was my sales associate at first I thought he was the kind of guy you would want your daughter to bring home, but later I learned he was nothing more than "Wolf in Salesman Clothing". It pays to shop around for the best deal. I priced a new 2018 vehicle at Open Road and got a slight discount for a $56k car and told this is the best they can do.Take it or leave it. It was discounted by 2% off MSRP. I went to another BMW dealer and got the same equipped car for $5500 less than Open Road's best offer. I was floored since I previously bought a car from Open Road. They made me feel like they were doing me a favor by selling me a car. Needless to say I will never buy a BMW from Open Road.
When I noticed oil leaks, I brought my 2007 BMW 550i to Edison Open road BMW for service. It was diagnosed as transmission fluid leak. The estimate for repair is over $1600. After repair, it continue leaking. The rep asked me to bring back my car. This time he told me the pan was cracked and need to be replaced. It cost me another $400. I was sold a used car with suspension issues by Open Road BMW, damaged rims. Be careful horrible people. BMWs often have bad suspension and lot of people not aware of it. Open Road BMW service center is an experience of Greed and incompetency.
if you like your bmw do not come here. service is horrible. damaged my car and told me to call my own insurance to fix it! wash looks like they took dirty old map and made it dirtier than it was (im assuming to cover the damage they did)! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL TIMES!
A 2012 just out of my warranty went for a fan sensor and was told it was the water pump and an Oil leak from housing gasket. I question him because I was in disbelief but I took his word . How can a high-performance car that's only 4 years old give such problems so soon ?
