Ok, they've really turned things around since my last review. So much so that I had to write an update. They've fixed EVERYTHING... including a new STEEL security door to replace one that was in really bad shape, and they steam cleaned the carpets in the hall/stairwells. More fixes below... The heat was on as soon as it got cold this year. No using the space heater until November on cold days! They completely fixed what was wrong with the laundry room. I just moved in to the Railside location and so far it's been great. This is a brand new building and with that there have been little maintenance issues to work through. Each time i have a question or concern it is immediately addressed. Derek from the maintenance team had been helpful and reassuring. He is kind, helpful and never makes me feel like I'm bothering him. Overall it's been great living here. Highly recommend this property management company and Railside.

I am visiting my sister and these guys are AWESOME! Her washing machine went bust and at midnight I was throwing wet clothes in the bathtub. By 9:30AM they were in her apartment, 20 minutes later they found her favourite Covid mask stuck in the water outtake. They left her apartment cleaner than when they arrived haha! I recently moved in to X at Sloans and I am loving it so far. Raven, the property manager, is great at communication and promptly resolved any confusion that I had. Loving the apartment and the amenities (I take advantage of the coffee and rooftop views!) and my cat is enjoying perching on the window sills and watching the cars at night. I haven't used the gym yet but will be doing so soon! Great place/
Just moved in and I've had a positive experience since the day I called to schedule a tour. Raven, who is the property manager, has been amazing and extremely helpful. She answered all my questions, gave me some great pointers for a first time renter of an apartment, she really took her time with me, always followed up and checked in on me if everything was ok with my move in. This is a review of a maintenance experience I had which Harold from Boutique fixed for me. I had a strange electrical issue in my apartment. If I turned on any appliance, my lights would start to flicker before half my apartment's electricity would just go out without tripping any circuit breakers. I was traveling in a couple days and needed to do laundry - it couldn't have been worse timing. I reported the issue. Harold soon knocked on my door and started troubleshooting the issue. I toured the new Wolcott Apartments in Jefferson Park today and could not have asked for a better or more knowledgeable tour guide. The leasing agent, Zac Lucero, answered all of my questions (there were a lot!) and gave me some great information about the neighborhood. The property is amazing, too. I knew before I left the office that I was applying and would be perfectly happy living there. Thanks, Zac!
Raven was fantastic, we were a little early but she was very attentive and friendly. She made us feel very comfortable, the tour was fantastic and all of the spaces are awesome. She gave us the necessary info we needed to make our decision, I would highly recommend Raven for all of your rental needs.
I have lived in my apartment now for 5 months at X@Sloan's and would have to say that overall I have had a great experience. I would have given the review a full five stars but there are a couple of things about my move in transition that were a bit out of the norm. I believe I was the first tenant signed to a lease by the building manager Matthew at the time I was looking for an apartment.
