Move in was smooth, apartment lived up to our expectations, given the fact that we signed our lease without even viewing the place. Very clean building and well kept. Bill, the buildings maintence man is extremely attentive and answers to requests quickly. Seeing how he’s literally a lone man show taking on this entire building amazes me. Building is secure and dog friendly which a plus! I would definitely recommend the Logan. more »

The whole experience was incredibly unprofessional on behalf of this management company. Ultimately very thankful it didn't work out because I can't imagine having them be your management company if they can't even treat you with respect and as a valued customer from the very beginning.

I made a showing appointment with one of their employees, Zach, after telling him that I would be out of town on vacation so would like to schedule a showing if possible before then.

We scheduled the showing, fine. But after a couple days, I reviewed the listing and noticed that the unit was no longer available. I then had to call the company (during office hours but no response so I left a voicemail) and then emailed to follow up, asking if our showing was still on or if I needed to make other living arrangements.

Hours later I heard back with a simple, "this has been leased, have a nice weekend.", what if I had taken off of work or adjusted my vacation to accommodate this showing only to get there and find out that no one was planning to meet me because they couldn't be bothered to tell me it was no longer available?

I wouldn't sign a lease with this company personally, but maybe others have had better experiences.

For the most part, The Logan is a nice place to live. Good layout and plenty of storage space. It's on a busy corner and they probably could have insulated for noise better. The common space is nice, but again, noisy. If you are looking for a bike room, don't count on this one. It was an afterthought. It's basically a closet with some Home Depot hangers. The small workout room is a good perk for some after work exercise. more »

Where do I start? It took 6 phone calls and nearly two months to fix a towel rack that came off the wall. It broke the next day. I talked to maintenance in person after the shoddy repair and he said he would be by "tomorrow." That was a week ago. No call. No reschedule. Just ignored. When trying to confront these issues over the phone, the office workers are generally rude and seem like they could care less. We have tried to address multiple situations with management: (People not cleaning up after their dogs, other maintenance issues) Property management company is pretty much non-existant. If you rent from this company prepare to be ignored! more »

I had to relocate cross country in a very short period of time (3weeks) for a new job here in Denver. The leasing office was very communicative and got me set up with my place right away (sight unseen!) following the usual background/credit checks. They have been very helpful in getting me setup with storage inside the building as well as a parking spot once one became available (I was on the waisting list for a month). I love the location, City Park West is a phenomenal area. Parking without the parking spot is a breeze on this particular block (thankfully). All in all for a cross country move, my move was as easy as possible. The staff at Boutique made it totally tolerable! Thanks Team Boutique! Xo more »
