Disappointed to say the least. I had a good experience with the hygienist, and most of the staff seemed nice. My issue is with the way you handled billing. You don't explain to people that they're signing an estimate. I understand it's on me to read what I'm signing, however I'd expect to be able to trust a business so I don't need a lawyer to read over every last form I'm signing for simple procedures. RecommendedI have been going to Bright Dental for years. Office staff and Dr Kwok are wonderful however this visit was not one of my best Visits , it was needed because of pain I’m having because I have a cavity under a bridge that needs to be fixed. My ins Co did not get back to Bright Dental with the pay scale and after waiting and holding to find out what the hold up was, I was told if I wanted to start my treatment so would have to pay the entire cost which was 4K and after Ins paid I would be refunded. Worst dentist ever... went in for cleanings and needed two hours for them to try to sell everything under the sun.. all I needed was a cleaning.. never going back. Awful

Absolute worst experience. 2 pm appmnt which I drove 1 hour for. Was told it would be a 3 hour wait! 🤯🔫

no !!! cost me over 1,000 dollars on one tooth, but they screwed it up so bad had to have it pulled. oh, they over charged me, then bout never got my money from them !

Keeping the appointments on time. Not making you wait 45 minutes then telling you it will be 36 days before they can get you in to pull the bad tooth. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this office.
The wait time is ridiculous even if you have an appointment you have to wait 2-3 hours plus they are always calling to change my appointment time.
