Some of your staff were not very professional. Your prices exceed other dentists in the area. Your front office treat people as they don’t care. It’s a take it or leave it attitude.

They are rude . I will never take my son here . We are looking else where . They always find something wrong and make you spend money for nonsense work . I can’t believe any insurance would approve the crappie work they do . My husband has been in 6 times this last yr for the same filling coming off

First time visiting them for a simple cleaning. Took vacation time from work to get there at 4:15 for a 4:30 appointment. Just left at 5:15 because they took me back after waiting an hour to be told they aren't going to clean my teeth today (which is the reason I made the appointment) but rather they were going to do x-rays and an exam. I told them to cancel the appointment and left (after confirming they would not bill me for the visit, of course). They will probably say workup was necessary. They are flat out rude. They don’t care about the well being of the patient or how they feel( physically or emotionally). It seems like all they care about is money. They said she could get laughing gas to make her more comfortable, after she agreed to it, they said she needed to go up front and pay for it. They also said, they could send her somewhere else and she can pay $329 to get knocked out. Absolutely ridiculous.

My bestfriend had to get her wisdom teeth taken out, they were extremely rude to her. They didn’t inform her that they were not going to put her to sleep, she was very nervous and they did not comfort her at all. The dental assistant punched her in the arm and said “You’re gonna be fine.” Would never recommend to anyone!
Bright Now Dental in Woodinville, WA I recently moved to the area, and found Bright Now Woodinville through my insurance company. I was experiencing tooth pain, so I went in to get a diagnosis. They gave me a crown. When my insurance company reviewed the x-rays, they said it was an UNNECESSARY PROCEDURE and denied payment. So I get to pay 100% for a procedure that I didn't even need. Very rude staff, from the receptionist to the dental assistant. Rolling eyes at me for asking simple questions. I’m never going back to the Buckeystown Pike location or even the Thomas Johnson Drive location. Seems like rudeness and trying to push for unnecessary treatment is part of the culture. Will switch to a different dentist.

I can honestly say I used to love this dental office. But recently they have really dropped the ball. They do not correctly verify what your insurance does and doesn’t cover. In November I had work done in June they call and tell me I owe them $60 because my insurance company shorted them so I pay it thinking okay human error no big deal. Then two days ago I get a call for work I had done in February saying them my insurance shortened them again $60.
