This place is a joke. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

So, this was my last straw. I have had 3 appointments with BRIGHT NOW! 1) I waited 3 hours before i was seen and then taken back for a hour before spoken too and made a plan for future meeting 2) Cancelled my appointment with no notice. Didnt have the right xray tech and all employees complaining about staff issues. 3) Called for a emergency dental they said give them a week. I said fine and they AGAIN CANCEL!! first of all, the place was empty they said that it was a short day and they didnt know if they were able to see me...second, we were not greeted, the staff is completely unprofessional, we were told they do not do emergencies or walk in, but on the website said they do, i had an emergency and i decided to go this clinic for the first time on Saturday 9/8/2018 My temporary bridge was fractured, so i was concern, they took 2 Xrays, the Dr said i could hold until monday to see my dentist and she didnt want to do nothing to t... read more

Every time I go they make wait close to an hour to go inside and another 30 more minutes to be seen by the doc. The work that the doctor does is excellent but it takes along time for them to get to you

Extremely unprofessional and rude. The dentist I had today didn't want to seem bothered to do her job and had absolutely no bedside manner.

How can u force me to sign an arbitration agreement? I know my rights and i know I can refuse to sign this. U guys refused service on my son just cause I didn't sign! You guys are just trying to cover your butt. Never again would I take my kids to this place!

I've had a toothache for about 4 months now I was referred to this office for oral surgery to have my wisdom teeth removed... When I was contacted to schedule normally the scheduler will explain what is needed at the time of the appointment what's expected to happen during the office visit and inform you rather if insurance will cover the services or if a copay is needed up front ... None of that was discussed just a day and time I then questioned, What are they going to do, Am I going to be awake, give me laughing gas numb ... read more
