Le tengo terror al dentista pero el personal el Dentista y sus Asistentes me han dado una gran confiaza son super atentos y te explican todo paso.por paso gracias por tanto y tienen una paciente por siempre

Like the dentist he was an Asian gentleman but didnt like the girl who finished up putting my temp crown on not professional at all and hurt me also

My daughter got braces through Bright now dental. Her father sign the contract and is fully responsible for payment. But a few months ago my daughter was told she could not have them taken off cause her dad owed money. What place would make a child suffer because their parent is not responsible? No child should have to suffer because of the actions of their parent. No business should make the child surfer because their parent!

I guess there’s a reason for the one Star and 20 reviews. My Apt was 10, waited until 10:45 and still at 11:45 Never got my cleaning. The only reason -it got 1 Star was at least the Staff & Dentist were polite & understanding. 2 hour wait- and still no cleaning ☹️👎🏻

Come here for my kids braces . I would never recommend this office to anybody ! The worse services . You will wait at least an hour in the waiting room before even being called back , then once called back wait at least another 30 min and they want to rush your treatment . This happens EVER appointment . There is always one person at each appointment that gets angry with the staff for the long wait . I had an appointment at 5:50, did not get called back till 6:40 and did not finish the appointment till 7:50. This is ridiculo... read more

I chose Bright Now Dental because they are listed with my insurance provider as in network, therefore according to my policy, I should not have had to pay a copay. I received a bill and the explanation I have been given is that even though the practice is in network, the specific dentist that saw me is not. At this point, neither Bright Now Dental or my insurance provider is willing to adjust the charge, and I am refusing to pay it since I did everything correctly to avoid being billed. we had an appointment at 10am for our daughter. they asked us to be there at 9:30. we were there at 9:30. we waited until 11:15 for our evaluation appointment. the orthodontist saw her for just under 2 minutes. he brushed us off after waiting 75 minutes. our dentist felt we should consult an orthodontist so we know it is a concern. we will be getting a second opinion. this place seems like a revolving door. 3 people came out before us complaining. the staff was standing in the hallway complaining.
