Good Printer The printer replaces the one that had a phone on it. Since I just bought another computer, I can use it now. At this time, everything is working well. I do not like this printer because no utility software to scan multiple pages this printer do not have utility software to scan multiple pages in windows 8. I bought 5 printers for company and I will not buy anymore printer from this company
turned out ok in the end Was worried about others' comments about the machine being too noisy but it was not so for me. However, I was ready to return this over a premature error message about being out of toner. I had many warnings but everything I printed was jet black. Love the engineering, HATE the toner and paternalism Updated Review: I won't buy another Brother printer if I can help it. Again, the engineering is great, but I've just snapped about the toner. It tells me it won't print any more pages until I change the toner. The last pages coming out are flawless. Got Overcharged By Amazon! The Printer is Okay but a week after I bought it Amazon had the audacity to offer it to me again for $30.00 less than what I paid for it! When I wrote to them for an adjustment they ignored me! They still advertise it to me for less than what I paid for it! I am taking my business elsewhere!
Not compatable! I must be honest and say the printer is fine with my PC.. It is not compatable to my IPAD. Contacted "Brothers", Their comment was, "you will have to buy another printer" and proceeded to Give me the models that were compatable. My comment was, " if I have to buy another printer it would not be a Brother". Jim
Never worked, don't be tricked by good reviews, go with a product that fits your needs. Could not find the network, nor would it do basic set up even after other drivers were installed, wasted time and money ordering 1 original and 2 replacements. I was fooled by good reviews also. But this is just a crap printer, it would never work, or set up.
Pictures are deceiving . No cables , not user friendly . Bad customer service.pictures are deceiving . Poor quality .Brother will not service you they don't need your business they say it clearly on the phone,so I would never buy A BROTHER PRODUCT again.
Brother printer ,scanner , copier and fax I wanted a unit that would print, scan, copier and fax. So looking around this was the best for the price. I give it a 5 star rating.
