Responsive, nice, professional, fast, pet-loving, reasonably priced. I called on a Friday morning to get an appointment for my cat and got a time the next day, and they actually had time free the same day. Everyone with whom we spoke was very nice, professional and knowledgeable, and it was apparent that they all love animals (huge). I've had great experiences here with my 5lb yorkie. My yorkie is hyper and was scared of the vet due to a past experience. He will not hold still, growls and squeals when getting temp, bloodwork, etc. Dr. B is great with him.....treats him exactly as we would. We used to take him to Blum and they would yell at him, put a muzzle on him and treat him like he's a horrible puppy when really he's the sweetest, most cuddley dog you'll ever meet, he was just scared. Very good about getting my lab in the same day when I was worried about him. I do agree that they prescribed medicine that was not entirely necessary - but I deferred to their judgment, since I have not been to vet school. Price is similar to other places I have been - not cheap, not super expensive. I have not boarded my dog here, so I cannot comment about that experience. Easy parking in the garage, friendly staff. All in all, I would recommend the services.
My older dog had teething cleaning and all went well. My younger dog was seen a week ago for separation anxiety and although I clearly explained issue, current medication and vet offered plan I was given incorrect directions on medication label and 10 days worth. Apparently I'm to go back every 10-14 days to pay for a refil. I called that day and was not helped, text a couple days later and then again yesterday & today. The absolute worst. This all began after the expansion. We have been with this vet clinic for over 15 years. They do not care, they over charge to pay for the ridiculous expansion and just don't give the kind of care they used to. Absolutely awful and will not be going back. Pharmacy at the clinic should be shut down for the prices they charge. RIDICULOUS!

This review is long overdue but I hope it helps caring pet parents to avoid this place. This used to be my go-to vet but after their expansion a couple years back it's absolutely horrendous! The recent reviews reflect that as well. In my first visit to the new facility I asked them to trim my cat's nails following his checkup. They came back with only one of his hind paws trimmed saying he was being difficult and they couldn't proceed. I am leaving the 1-star review for this outfit because I am appalled how they treated me after 7 years of paying their inflated prices for the five dogs of mine I have brought to them. I always thought that the medical outcomes were hit and miss at best, and the only time I felt I was getting genuinely excellent medical care was by a doctor who is no longer there and was only there for a couple of years. I am sorry that you feel your money was not well spent at our hospital. In the absence of infection, oral antihistamines like Zyrtec work in about 20% of itchy dogs, so it's great that Max is in that percentile. I thought I would give this place one more chance, just for purpose of vaccinations for my dog. However, the Managing Director has proven to be inadequate, unprofessional, unable to take constructive criticism, unable to communicate effectively and exhibits deficient business acumen.
