No that is not true. I told your male staff my husband has lost his job we could not afford the next year monthly plan!!!! He lied. Another way to prove again you guys lie again and no business ethics. I m so disappointed at you guys.

You actually spoke with the person and told them you were busy, understood the plan auto-renews and would call back. Because you never called back, your plan auto-renewed and you were charged for the first month of the new plan. This is clearly stated in your contract. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I brought in my dog for a leg injury and from x-rays it was determined that she had a broken "wrist". I was given 2 options: find an orthopedic surgeon (the vet told me that surgery could be pricey & it could take weeks to be seen by a surgeon) or consider amputation (which the vet implied would be a more cost efficient route). They do not have a mask requirement and they unnecessarily pack people into their waiting room well before the appointment times so you end up in a busy waiting room with people unmasked. If you can survive this, the vets are really great.

The veterinarians are great. However, the front desk staff are incredibly rude ALL THE TIME. They have a tendency to be extremely unfriendly and without compassion. They don't care what you and your pet are going through, don't look for any type of compassion or concern. We witnessed one of the desk staff start talking negatively about a patient after they hung up with said patient. This was done in front of a lobby that had several nervous pet owners waiting. It has taken me months to write this review. Yes this place is pricey but the care, Dr. Tara Klack was worth it and amazing. I sadly, devastatingly had to bring my beautiful angel in to be be put down which is already hard enough. The doctor that came in was so cold and unsympathetic, we were just a number to him. Construction was so loud in the background I tried backing out because it just didn't feel right. The way she was treated I will to this day never forgive myself. They have no compassion for animals. Really bad experience. We got an appointment last Friday, and wait in a small, poorly ventilated room for almost for 1 hour without any idea when my dog will be seen. I had to talk to the font desk to ask about what is going on, and was told that they have a walk-in emergency. The front desk said that they will check and let me know. But they did not and I had to ask for the 2nd time. The front desk directly asked my to tell-schedule. I am fine and actually happy to let the vets deal with the emergency first. I stopped using this practice for my cat a year ago when i realized the cat docs were recommending care based on profit margins. Now, they nearly killed my dog and could literally care less except "is he coming in for his follow up" (so we can take more of your money.) Last year they told me my 19 year old cat was at risk for kidney disease, so they wanted me to bring him in twice a week for IVs to keep him hydrated. I explained he gets car sick. If I could give an animal hospital 0 stars it would be this place. I showed up not even 10 minutes late to my appointment & my time slot was given away right in front of my face. I literally heard the receptionist say "our 12pm slot got cancelled so you can have it". I literally was mind blown as I said I was right there and she rolled her eyes at me and walked away. They also wanted to BOARD my 10 week old golden retriever for the next apt that day ?! She doesn't even have her second round of shots yet (why we were there) ... read more

I was incredibly upset with the service from this visit. My cat needed her rabies vaccine and had diarrhea. This shouldn't result in an almost $500 bill at the end of the visit! There was no mention of cost with anything they were doing and they acted like what they were doing was part of the normal routine. The staff should explain everything being done and what the COST is. I feel extremely taken advantage of.
