I booked a flight a month prior to my selected departure date. I was provided a fair and reasonable price. One day before my flight they canceled my flight because they said the airline, Turkish canceled because of overbooking. I checked the dates I was flying out on Turkish for business class and it was available. They lied. They not only didn't offer to pay the difference to put me on a different day ,they wanted me to pay an additional $2500 for something that was not my fault. I honestly feel they did this on purpose. What a disaster. We were not told that our flight from ********* to **** was postponed 3 days, and so when we arrived at the airport we were stuck. Had to drive to Nice, and get flights from there to ****** on our own, last minute, very expensive. I am still waiting to get reimbursed from *********************** over a month later -- instead of offering to compensate us I'm having to chase the money that they owe us down. Unacceptable.

The Rome - ******* tickets were also partially refunded to you by check, and yet you still filed a dispute with your credit card company. The agency put in a substantial amount of work to resolve a situation that was caused entirely by changes on the airline's side, and we would appreciate a little recognition and cooperation on your part. Very nice employees BUT they are not very well trained and know little about international travel. Most are incompetent. They were very slow to return calls. They wanted me to pay $1200 per passenger to rebook seats after I had cancelled a flight due to covid. I called the ************** and they rebooked at no cost.I advise all travelers to book directly with airlines. These fools will cost you time and money!

Never Ever Book with these Folks, unless you DO NOT expect to cancel, change dates, change class etc with your tickets.I booked a one way ticket to fly from *** to *** on 05/31/2022 on Business class travelling with ***** and paid approx USD****/- accompanying my elderly mother travelling back to *******. Round trip tickets on legacy carriers such as QR are not simply 2 one ways stacked on top of each other, and even minor changes come with restrictions that go far beyond the mere price of a directional fare. Worse company Ive ever dealt with for travel. Took almost 2 months to receive airfare from their consolidator and charged more for a ticket than we could have purchased directly from the airline. No positive benefit at all.

We haven't worked with that consolidator in many months, for reasons just like this, but had no choice this time because your original tickets were issued through them. Horrible Experience with this service. They failed to book my flight to my international destination. When I checked in at the airport they only had the first leg of my trip booked, and I ended ** in a coach seat when I had prepaid for a Business class trip 9 months prior. Later, when prompted, they were unable to book me a flight home until 4 days before the return. I used Business-Class.com in November, 2021 and dealt with A... in Sales, who was very helpful and issued our travel tickets for February, 2022 without a problem. However, when I had to change my tickets due to COVID problems in the country I was travelling to, then I hit a MAJOR SNAG. I then had to deal with customer service, and the help I received was ATROCIOUS!! At first I got a lot of flight options very quickly so I was impressed - then I confirmed it gave my credit card and passport and nothing. I kept asking the rep to call me and she would only text or email me saying I am driving I can't speak (then who can you text and email???). So I got very concerned and when the rep finally called me it came up as a spam call. Needless to say I freaked out thinking this site was all a scam as it was my first time.
