have been at Fiorello's many times, last time was very disappointing, horrible unattentive waiter, didn't know the menu, when asked differnt dishes, apparently a new menu, staff should be briefed before serving,will not go back, too bad
Reserved for special celebration. Very loud place. Service was terrible! Waited hour and half for food to arrive to table. There were 3 of us and all of our dishes were bad. Branzino was listed as de-boned. It was not. Ate it and small bone got stuck in throat. No side dishes or explanation that there would be no side dishes. Pasta dish had cold uncooked egg on top. Overly stuffy and overpriced for what we got. Do not recommend.
They were out of one item we tried to order. Service was lacking.
Went with a group of ladies and teenagers. Dance studio outing to ABT's performance at Lincoln Center. The food has definitely improved in the last few years. Everyone enjoyed the service and the ambiance. Thank you for a wonderful meal.
Disappointed at bland food on this return visit after several years. Service was great but entrees and starters didn't taste like an Italian chef's palate at work. One odd quirk- no crusty Italian bread served - just focaccia or flat bread. Was a favorite pre Lincoln Center go-to.

Really gone downhill. The appetizers are either bland and/or have sat around for hours. The burrata used to be good - now there is no hint of cream in it - it's just a lump of wet mozzarella, for $6 extra, no less. The quattro stazione pizza is a totally flavorless crisp base with a bunch of things from the antipasto bar slopped on top. Wines are ok, but becoming very pricey. Only good thing is the location
