Quality of food has deteriorated since last visit in 2015. Food was very salty, portions small and temperature of entree was lukewarm. Very convenient location on west side but will be seeking out alternative restaurants. Also they did not participate in restaurant week activities.
Server not attentive
The noise was intolerable. Even though the food was good and the service was OK, the noise level was such that conversation was very difficult or impossible. We won't go back again.
The food was cold and mediocre. The wine was not good and we only got less than a glass. Dessert was inedible. Service was slow.
Oh what happened? I have been going to Fiorellos since 1979. It's been a stalwart on our dining circuit. The food usually is fresh and well-prepared and arrives quickly. This time we waited FOREVER. And I mean forever. Both parties at my table had matinee theatre tickets and we had a squirmy 10 year old who pretty much lost it after waiting over an hour for our meals to arrive. Normally I love Fiorellos but after waiting for over an hour and then having to bolt our food down ... Let's just say it was an off performance.
Noisy, lousy service, sub par food for the price. I would not recommend to anyone and won't be returning.
I was very disappointed We ordered many appetizers as we often do The beets and the burrata were good, the rest were not worth the calories. Very disappointed.

The number one selling point for this place is it's location. Other than that, it falls flat for its price. The food was average and the service was on the slow side. Moreover, some of their pricing is a really bad deal, such as three appetizers for $19 that all come in miniscule portions on a single plate. Furthermore, serving chicken parmigiana with no sides and charging nearly $20 for a side of pasta is a scam. I hope to not return here.
