Relentless Calling, Emailing, Mailing & Service Issues I've asked several times; as well as had a manager remove my phone number & email address from your system. Camelback KIA is relentless in calling, emailing & mailing me stuff/request to sale you back my 2016 KIA Forte. Incredibly innapropriate and rude I went to visit while looking for a new car. I was shown a car for a good price and good features. I left that day and was considering the vehicle. The people, and Carlos were very nice and friendly. I had no complaints. Ultimately, I decided on another car. It was nothing against the dealership, I just found a car I like better. Reached out to purchase a vehicle (out of state) and I found what I wanted and put a $1,000 hold on the SUV. Once, I had financing I reached out to my salesmen and gave him what I need for the bill of sale , he stated he’d send it over on a Saturday morning and never did. Called Saturday evening and Sunday - I was given the run around. I finally call Monday to get a status and they sold the vehicle to someone else even though I had a hold on it and it took them until Monday evening to tell me that they had sold it. Buyer dealer gave me the incorrect price which was higher than the correct one. The finance department doesn't care about the relationship with customer, they only wanted money. I will not recommend anyone to come to this dealer. Even I purchase a new vehicle there but really not satisfy. This is my first Korea vehicle however will be the last one I bought

Poor Communication, Bait and Switch, and Unprofessionalism We are in the market for a new 3rd row SUV and have it narrowed down to 1 of three makes/models - the Hyundai Palisade being one of them. Bad Service Department Ira Wolfson at Camelback Hyundai service department is a service manager that could have done things differently today and actually helped a customer, but instead, he chose to not agree with the customer. In my case, I bought a Honda Sonata back in 2016 from Camelback Hyundai and my skid plate on my car came undone about 3 months ago and instead of replacing the plate and damaged part they chose to use zip ties instead. Acceptable prior to sale, void of customer service after The salesmen were excellent prior to signing the documents, but the customer service has been poor since, being forwarded to voice-mail boxes that do not return the call. Misinformation prior to sale.

Scarring experience. I asked to get a rough estimate of financing over the phone and was told by two different sales people that "they are not a numbers person" and that I would have to come in. It was a ploy clearly to get me into the dealership. Once there I was thrown ridiculous numbers and I didn't feel like sitting around negotiating when another Kia dealership was being much more reasonable from the start AND working with me over the phone.
