Took them 3 weeks and me reaching out to the director of customer relations for them to fix an incredibly simple problem. Slow and unclear communication. Gave me a rental car and still wouldnt even admit there was a problem in the first place.
I found the experience so frustrating and upsetting that I would never buy a car there again.

Poor service. Took car in for an issue, forgot to fix the issue, remembered and then took a week to receive the part only to find out the part was actually there and they forgot to contact us.

I had a car sold to me with a broken mirror, no floor mats, no key to the lug nuts, and a bad wheel bearing.
Hyundai salesman was nice and helpful. Kia Finance guy tried to up-sell me bogus insurance using scare tactics but no real numbers. Did not appreciate.

Told me services needed to be done when manual indicates not till 30thousand or 60thousand and when I told them they agreed n chg the info. Shows I need to get oil chg at 28257 miles. I thought it was 7000 miles later when synthetic oil is used. Hard to trust
