Outrageous labor cost to install a used gas tank. Bill had unexplainable charges except they were "on every bill". No loaner car but the worst part was charging the complimentary Lyft charges to and from the dealership. That plus terrible customer service equals a lost customer.
I waited 2 hrs for an oil change. Suppose to have been 126 point inspection. Yet no tire rotation. Didn't reset my oil warning Light. And I was told that's why it will t take this long. Dissapointed

Technician forgot to replace the oil filler cap on my vehicle. Also noticed my coolant tank completely empty so my fluid were not "topped off" like my statement said. I noticed an oil burning smell as I was on my way to work. I popped open the hood, there was oil splashed all over the engine. My rep, Armando, was great at handling the messy situation. Horrible experience with purchasing a vehicle from this dealership I had the vehicle for 10 days they called on the 9 th day saying they needed to get me approved with someone else I believe her name was Adrianna, she would call me back with details she called me later that evening stating I had an approval with a new lender and they had to discount th vehicle to make this work so it was better for me. Was there for an oil change only! But ended up getting a full service. Had to pay a whole amount. If I wanted a full service I'd use the hyundai service coupon deals that they sent me. I took my 2020 Sonata in for a few services, including an oil change. I noticed an oil leak in my driverway a few days later. I called first thing on a Saturday for Hyundai to resolve the issue. Having not received a call back by mid-afternoon that day, I took it to Meineke. They re-installed the drain plug properly, free of charge. I now have a big oil stain in my driveway that I cant seem to get rid of. Incredibly disappointing.
