Lack of communication - dropped car off at 7am and no phone call the first day. Called near end of day for an update and no call back. Called the 2nd day, waited on hold for 15 minutes and finally got promised a call back. Finally got the call back. Just very disappointed in the level of customer service.

Horrible communication, no professionalism, half the staff not wearing masks

1st and last time at this dealership. Went in for an oil change & after spending about $45 the following: PSI set at 40, way too high; Windshield wipers & fluid " tested" leaving a very dirty windshield & "service" gauge not reset. Called to speak with a service manager the day after and was told there was no manager available so Ieft a message with the above concerns, requested a call back but never even received a call back. Will not be back.

Hyundai Camelback Sucks. They are so rude and the lack of communication is ridiculous.

These people are awful. They didn't even fix one of the problems I had, although they said they did. I was trying to give them a second chance, but this is my last time there.

Provided wrong information on how long repair would take (Twice). After second visit when they couldn't get the work done in the time I was told, I decided to get work done at another dealership (I was leaving town next day and they couldn't meet my time schedule even though they had the car all day).
