My issue was miss diagnosed so vehicle not repaired.
This time I made an appointment for April 22nd at 11:30 AM. Because no one approached me I decided to get out of the car (not a big deal) and informed someone by the counter that I am here for an appointment. Made appointment for recall "fix", took time off work, got car there on time and they didn't have "working software" to correct problem. Not happy
Eay way way overcharged! Had to fix the same thing twice, took 1.5 days to do at most a 4 hoou job. I will never return here. For the record I have taken my Kia to Camelback Hyuindai Kia from new to now. They have gotten progressively worse. Neve are the same service adivisors there, must be a lot of turnover.
I had an appointment but KIA never ordered the part now I have to wait 2 to 4 weeks
My first time at this location. I had issues with the loaner car departmen. Once I got that cleared up I went the pick up my car one of the employees had wrecked it. They weren't even going to say anything. Took me hours waiting there for assistance while they pulled video tapes etc. I requested a call several times from the manager and never received one not once. there were never any updates on my car, my advisor would constantly say she'd call me back and i'd have too call her back hours later in order too hear from her. there service department seems like it's a mess. i wouldn't recommend at all. also my dash cam was unplugged which i understand but it was never plugged back in. honestly just super disappointed. then decided that id go look at used cars on the lot cause i've had the vehicle for awhile. first car i looked in smelt like it was freshly smoked in. i don't recommend thi... read more
Said it would take 45 minutes and I waited four hours. I arrived just before 2:30 and didn't leave until they closed just after 6pm. I had to cancel two other appointments I had and couldn't get into one of those places for another three months. Will not be returning here.
Came in for a Zaktek Paint coating as part of a new car package. Per the manufacturer, this usually takes 2-3 hours. Was in and out of the dealership in 37 minutes. Was told by the service advisor that they were slow and two technicians got it done quickly. All a lie. They did not complete the work. They cannot be trusted.
