I’m only here because I bought a truck with 2 yr of oil changes. This place will never make me go “wow”. Complimentary Water isn’t ever restocked in the day. Cafe never open. Service guys give you crazy finish times. Super busy disallows for each individual to get taken care of effectively.

Took car in for same issue three times until it got fixed and continuously taking car in for issue on entertainment issue that is still not fixed.

Car broke down three weeks after purchasing ($27k miles, 4 years old), which is crazy! Thought it may be the battery. Called servicing to set appt as I bought a warranty. Was told to have my daughter bring it by 6pm. She showed up at 4:45pm. Was told it was too late now, she’d have to leave it, or bring it back tomorrow at 1pm. I specifically confirmed before she showed up that they could still take her, look at it that day. She’s a single parent. Had to find someone to pick up the baby, etc., and Uber back home. Ridiculous.

Took car in three different times for the same issue in one week span their where no "issues" until I went in the third time all of a sudden I wasn't making up the issue brought the car in and was told it was just the phx heat causing the issue the first 2 times with the same error messages on dash. I had previously complained a out lack of properly working cruise control for months all of a sudden that this issue is fixed that feature works. Nobody will greet you or direct you on what to do. You sit in a line that you think is where you should be and nobody acknowledges you until you wave someone down. They give you zero information on the services they are offering tell you to go sit in the lobby for 1.5 hours when you question the recommendation form they respond “if you have questions you can come talk to me” instead of being up front with the expectations of today’s appointment. No communication from Q. I called for an update and no one could find Q. The other staff said they could not verify whether my vehicle was ready. I eventually came to dealership to pick up, without ever receiving confirmation from Q or anyone else, and learned that my vehicle was ready hours before. The service was supposed to be 1-2 hours. It took nearly 7 hours to get my vehicle back. The valet staff was extremely slow and acted as though they were bothered to retrieve vehicles. I really enjoyed my interactions with Titus. He gave great customer service during my visit. When the list of repairs was completed, Titus was very helpful in helping me determine the most critical three issues to be addressed, and I really appreciated that. My problem began a couple of days later, when I realized that my right rear hubcap was gone. Needs to work on customer service. I been waiting on a call from the customer relations person over a week. Toyota even reach out several times. I believe her name is Katrina or Katie and never returned my call and I just bought a brand new Camry that I’m having issues with. Angelo the sales guy 5 stars to him every thing else is very bad.

Someone search bongings in my truck, I felt violated. I am guessing this is the reason why Jorge was telling me no dash cam allowed anf had me unplug it. I asked for a quote to match my spare tire with my rims, and did not get that. Last time I visit camelback toyota.
