The service was to correct previous oil change that resulted in oil leaking. The part used was damaged
I am done now We had a bad experience getting our gift card for purchasing a new car, finally did get it after threatening the manager that We were going to BBB we received it, going on 5 months after we bought the new car, not the way to do good business! We really thought that they would compensate us at least with a dinner at a fine restaurant for our troubles and for their incompetence but, no they did not even say that they were sorry! Not happy with the undisclosed 3% service fee for using a credit card. I’ve been a customer for 15ish years and won’t be going back for service or to buy a new car because of the service fee. The ultimate way to make customers feel nickel and dimed. No thx.
Problem was not fixed, next day service advisor calls me to tell me that there is a piece missing that the technicians forgot to put on the car and today Saturday my car is not turning on defined poor service experience, I paid more than $300 to get this issue fixed and is not and now my car is not working I have places to go and appointments I have to do today and now I can’t due to the car not working, really poor service

Very professional and great customer service. Karim and Scotty did a great job. The detail team did a horrendous job. About an 8 inch oval of gas was on the exterior below the gas area. Dust was everywhere. They left a damp cloth in the back seat. I used the cloth to remove some of the caked on dust.
purchased 1st car, had issues and inspection wasn’t done correctly. Requested to switch different car, got 2nd car and the windshield needed to be replaced and car needed detail, so they kept car for 3 days without replacing windshield and no detail done. Let me drive off the lot with cracked windshield, but had to bring car back because issue with gas meter.
