Music loud and awful rap super annoying. Makes dealership seem cheap and unprofessional. Otherwise my service tech was outstanding how he handled my service-Chase Jim

As soon as I picked up my car I had an empty tank of gas.

Doesn’t keep you updated. Returned car in same condition after I paid for repairs!!!

Not a good experience. Was told by multiple sales people including the GM that I could switch over to my bank for financing once I heard back from them without and issues. So I went a head and financed through another company the dealership used under the impression it wouldn’t be an issue if I switch banks the next day. Also told Julian the finance guy that too. The service was to correct previous oil change that resulted in oil leaking. The part used was damaged

I am done now We had a bad experience getting our gift card for purchasing a new car, finally did get it after threatening the manager that We were going to BBB we received it, going on 5 months after we bought the new car, not the way to do good business! We really thought that they would compensate us at least with a dinner at a fine restaurant for our troubles and for their incompetence but, no they did not even say that they were sorry! Not happy with the undisclosed 3% service fee for using a credit card. I’ve been a customer for 15ish years and won’t be going back for service or to buy a new car because of the service fee. The ultimate way to make customers feel nickel and dimed. No thx.
