Problem was not fixed, next day service advisor calls me to tell me that there is a piece missing that the technicians forgot to put on the car and today Saturday my car is not turning on defined poor service experience, I paid more than $300 to get this issue fixed and is not and now my car is not working I have places to go and appointments I have to do today and now I can’t due to the car not working, really poor service

No work done . ...or accomplished.... Unfortunateky.... 3hrs waste of customers time. No parts ...... Poor service.....

Very professional and great customer service. Karim and Scotty did a great job. The detail team did a horrendous job. About an 8 inch oval of gas was on the exterior below the gas area. Dust was everywhere. They left a damp cloth in the back seat. I used the cloth to remove some of the caked on dust.

purchased 1st car, had issues and inspection wasn’t done correctly. Requested to switch different car, got 2nd car and the windshield needed to be replaced and car needed detail, so they kept car for 3 days without replacing windshield and no detail done. Let me drive off the lot with cracked windshield, but had to bring car back because issue with gas meter. Had to make two appointments they failed to tell me that one of the services couldn’t be done in the appointed time when I scheduled.
Did factory recall on air bag. Your inspection of my 2005 rav 4 with 315,000 resulted in a service recommendation of 7,000 in repairs. Absolutely absurd. An example was battery pad for 40 when I can but the pads for less than 4. Never gone to or will go to dealership for this reason.
The service advisor's lack of knowledge led to the misplacement of parts and caused an extra trip to a body shop .

I purchased a 2015 Toyota Camry on May 10th. Within 12 hours of driving off the lot it was undrivable. It then spent over a week in the service department. After they told me it was fixed I have taken it in to be serviced twice because it turns off while I am driving, but I was told there was nothing wrong with the vehicle.
