The service representatives are really nice, and great to work with. But the wait times can be ridiculous. Recently did a warranty tire replacemen, and it took 4 hours. It only took 45 minutes to process the warranty part. It took forever for the actual service department to get to it, even though I showed up at my appointment time.

Almost everybody involved was a team player and provide excellent service but your finance company called upgrade Tried to threaten me with negative credit because of a loan that was not used. So somebody may have dropped the ball after my cash check was delivered to your dealership 949-812-0680
I cannot understand why it takes for hours to do a fancy wax job when you have a scheduled appointment. I feel that my zaktek application should be done more expediently.
Not a great dealership. Generally lacks professionalism. I purchased two cars and wouldn't recommend them.
Told by JJ to come in for a 5 hour cleani & wax! Didn’t Happen!!!
Tried to tell me a million things that were wrong with my car that were not true. Said I had an oil leak and informed them I just got my oil changed and if that’s the case I’ll bring it back to that place and got told “maybe it was just a splash actually”. Also told me I need to get my transmission fluid changed. I’ve been extremely on top of it due to getting a new transmission at 147,000 miles. They give you vehicles with whatever parts that are currently working and expect you to take your vehicle to get those xxxxty pets repaired , you should be putting quality parts into my vehicle prior to me buying it , it’s Arizona, put a new battery in my car , mine died less than a year since buying the car. Will not be receiving my service dollars!
We came out with a high payment and a lot more out of pocket. Not pleased.
