Brandon provided great customer service. But the policy of upselling unneeded add ons is very alienating to the customer. A note in my file to stop it would be appreciated.
Charged me A xx shop rental fee and 3% C/C fee so will not ever go back for service or my new cars.
After sitting for 3 1/2 hours, I learned that the collant bypass issue, which was covered by my WARRANTY, could not be fixed because the warranty showed a different mileage than my actual vehicle (warranty showed 10,000+ more miles) which was an error on the part of whomever entered the mileage on my original warranty. Since I couldn't wait another 3 hours for this error ON TOYOTA'S fault to be corrected, I had to make another appointment to return for the service. Titus was totally wrong on how he talked to me and the communication was awful, very bad experience and the way he talked to me about the service was unacceptable so good luck with him and hopefully he can upsell the next guy …
Bought a vehicle had a bad motor mount it went out less than three month they refused to fixed it but offered me a discounted price and also that motor mount they said they fixed when I bought it caused the downpipe to crack on my turbo.
I showed up couple minutes early to my appointment, I drove up to services and waited for 10 minutes and no one stopped to check on my when they all could see me. I had to call toyota while sitting in toyota services. Then i asked the guy i wanted the same package i had last time for my oil change and he says ok. But at the checkout i find out the price is doubled without telling me. Also the guy helped had left and someone else took over. The credit card service fee feels cheap given the status of your dealership, especially in the service department.
My adviser when I arrived went over everything with me of what needed to be done. I then asked for one more thing to get checked and he told me I was asking for to much. I asked for 1 thing. I asked for my tires to get rotated a certain way the same way they did it the last service. But apparently that is not the way it can be done. And instead of telling me the last advisor was in the wrong for doing it, they just refused to do it. Brandon could not explain why until I picked up the car. Adam was good but we had other service issues happen (AC was not working when I took the car the first time and the middle console was damaged when I brought the car back)
