Typical Dealership Garbage/Games Louis ( Desk Mgr) and Steve ( floor mgr/team leader) were pathetic. They will not answer a simple question. They want you to go thru the hours of the back & forth game/negotiations.

When I come to get my car serviced they don’t top off any fluids. The people who are supposed to “help” you are cynical, uninterested and sarcastic, as if you are incapable of detecting it. They also sold me a car with a faulty battery and it has to be replaced in less than a year.

I have been going to this dealership for over seven years. The prices have risen and services diminished. We no longer get a car wash after an oil change. The service technician who oversees my vehicle is forced to BEG for a good review or else they don’t get bonuses. This is a disappointing way to treat employees and how they interact with customers. Not cleaning no wash the bird xxxxxxon the roof, kept the vehicle more than 2 weeks for the job more than 5k without washing or cleaning the vehicle, it was too cheap, bad services

I had a terrible experience at your dealership. Jorge was my service advisor and he was extremely unprofessional and unorganized. I arrived early in the morning at about 8 AM to have 2 tires replaced. Jorge told me it would take 2 - 4 hours. After not hearing anything by 12:45 PM I went to the dealership and was told by Jorge that he did not know what happened to the tires I was there for, but his parts department could not find them. Would not recommend. Tried to charge me $900 for a part that was under warranty. Took my 2023 Tundra to another dealer and they fixed it under warranty.
