Quatarius WAS AMAZING and very professional. BUT THE SERVICE OF THE CAR WAS TERRIBLE,,I PAID $ 112.00 AND THEY DIDN'T REPLACE MY OIL FILTER ,DIDN'T CHECK THE FLUIDS ,BECAUSE THE WIPERS FLID TANK WAS EMPTY AS IT WAS DIDN'T ROTATE TIRES ON RIGHT SIDE,a complete and utter mess

3 hours to do a regular maintenance/oil change. And 5.5 hours to do brakes . We even got to our appointments early.
Camelback Toyota misled me about my car purchase and treated me unprofessionally. Avoid this dealership.
Horrible showroom experience. Horrible, loud music. Totally ignored my requests to turn it down. Multiple employees laughed and made jokes when I mentioned how bad the music was. I was made to wait endless amount of time for the final sales paperwork. When I received the new car, no one knowledgeable gave me even a cursory explanation of the most important features.
Good timer for the work. Person in charge was not very friendly, in answers to my questions were to suggest going to other places
You guys screwed up big time. Bought the car on a Sunday. You guys were going to hold a personal check until Friday while I moved money from an investment account. You guys tried to cash the check on Wednesday. Of course it bounced. Took me two trips to my bank to straighten things out. Then I needed to run a cashiers check down to you guys. Fortunately the bank did not charge me for the bounced check or the cashiers check or I would really be upset.
All in all, poor. I have a hybrid Prius and had the check hybrid system light on and would not run so I had it towed to Camelback Toyota after they quoted me a zero fee diagnostic. They gave me a laundry list of items, including tires and brakes and spark plugs that totaled $6500. Your service area was a Circus, impersaonal, and service advisor Titus was very rude by rude remarks wasting my time for 4 hours without oil change or solution to trasmissission impose. Titus does not represent the dealership well.
Disgusting. I had work done on my car a week prior- I provided them with the list- they didn’t even make a photocopy- and of course. Charged me for allll kinds of work that had been done not a week prior.
