Terrible customer service. I have informed the dealership that neither one of my two Toyatas will ever be in their service dept again.
I am 68 years old and had innumerable service experiences and this was by far the worst I have ever experienced. Noah my service advisor did a horrible job of setting expectations and managing them. I will never set foot in that dealership again unless it is a meeting with upper management to discuss this issue.
This requirement is a disincentive for people - just let them rate. And four more words

My battery terminals were corroded quite extensively to the point you could not read a charge and instead of cleaning them like they should have as my battery is at 100% when tested independently they just told me I needed a new battery(which again is at 100%)). A big shout out to another Toyota dealership for doing the job PROPERLY! I will NOT BE returning to Camelback Toyota again even for the Zac Tek they sold me on! Very high pressure situation. Did not intend to buy a car that day, Initial sales rep knew very little about to car or the process. Felt worn down to the point of agreeing to something I wasn't sure I wanted. Probably my last dealing with Camelback and likely Toyota also.
I brought my car up there and it was so much chaos. I was given misinformation which caused me to go somewhere else to get my car fixed. Both times I was offended due to the customer service
Arrived on time sat 11Am waited til 330pm. No updates were provided until I walk to advisor office to ask for update. He said they don't have time to service my truck. I only received images on hoses and other parts to replace without meeting w me to going over recommendations. I Had to come bk again on Monday during my work hrs for a/c svs to prepare for the summer and prevent a heat stroke as i work out in the community to make a difference.
