I still have all the original issues I brought my car in for and the associate doesn't care so I will be bringing my car back in.

I resent having to pay a credit card fee on top of an already large service fee.
Brought in my 2022 Tundra for a prepaid oil change. They came up with about $2500 in items they said needed to be done. I had asked if they could re-attach my back seat which I had removed about a year ago. They quoted over $550 to do so. I rejected everything they said needed to be done due to the outrageous cost for the seat re-connect . When I got home I re-connected the back seat myself. There were 4 bolts and it took me less than 20 minutes to do so.

Brandon provided great customer service. But the policy of upselling unneeded add ons is very alienating to the customer. A note in my file to stop it would be appreciated.
Charged me A xx shop rental fee and 3% C/C fee so will not ever go back for service or my new cars.

After sitting for 3 1/2 hours, I learned that the collant bypass issue, which was covered by my WARRANTY, could not be fixed because the warranty showed a different mileage than my actual vehicle (warranty showed 10,000+ more miles) which was an error on the part of whomever entered the mileage on my original warranty. Since I couldn't wait another 3 hours for this error ON TOYOTA'S fault to be corrected, I had to make another appointment to return for the service. Titus was totally wrong on how he talked to me and the communication was awful, very bad experience and the way he talked to me about the service was unacceptable so good luck with him and hopefully he can upsell the next guy …
