Poor service: failed to top off fluids as part of oil change. Cabin fan had obstruction after the service. Not before service.
Parts were not available, on this recall #2. I received recall #1, months ago, they still are on hold.

Unprofessional and lazy. I have had taken in the past for a warranty issue and was told to take it to dealer I bought it from when I got there for my appointment. I tried them again a few months later out of convenience for break screeching issue. First the service advisor that booked my appointment was off the day of my appointment so they “squeeze” me in. Awful. They would not do an oil change without charging me extra to remove the Toyota oem trd skid plate on my truck.
If something is wrong at the beginning they should stop and contact me. They proceed with work that cost me 600 dollars instead of 70 and I have to tow my car from shop because the oil casket they broke it while changing the oil.
Bad attention and cold coffee Long waiting time And the excessively high prices I would never go back
You people package service in a fashion that makes it seem necessary when it’s not. Saying a cooling system or engine is failing is a pretty drastic statement For a loose overflow tank cap. I will never return to your scandolous dealer again and wish that your deceitful tactics are met by the wrath of God.
Was not very helpful, did not help in providing info on packing for maintenance or phone numbers, no snacks, thank God for the fee water. Was recommended an oil package but my card didn't even need and oil change yet, also wait time was about 1:30 WITH an appt??!!
