Bought a vehicle had a bad motor mount it went out less than three month they refused to fixed it but offered me a discounted price and also that motor mount they said they fixed when I bought it caused the downpipe to crack on my turbo.

I showed up couple minutes early to my appointment, I drove up to services and waited for 10 minutes and no one stopped to check on my when they all could see me. I had to call toyota while sitting in toyota services. Then i asked the guy i wanted the same package i had last time for my oil change and he says ok. But at the checkout i find out the price is doubled without telling me. Also the guy helped had left and someone else took over. The credit card service fee feels cheap given the status of your dealership, especially in the service department.
My adviser when I arrived went over everything with me of what needed to be done. I then asked for one more thing to get checked and he told me I was asking for to much. I asked for 1 thing. I asked for my tires to get rotated a certain way the same way they did it the last service. But apparently that is not the way it can be done. Adam was good but we had other service issues happen (AC was not working when I took the car the first time and the middle console was damaged when I brought the car back)
Not happy with the service we received. I would recommend for you guys test drive vehicle before realizing it to customers.

To many calls wanted us to upgrade If I want a newer car I would ask.
Service center is slow and price gouge for repairs. There used to be complimentary vehicle washes as well.
