I think sending an email to me, telling me to come in for a free oil change and then not honoring that after I have made an appointment and taken my time to come in for service is a bad practice.

After explaining to the sales representative about reporting an issue to the salesman who sold us the car within the the 30 days, he told me that there nothing they can do for me because I was just bringing in the car in. He then directed me to the internet sales manager who was on a call for about 20 min, I waited for 20 minutes and then I went back to the sales representative and asked for the dealerships manager. Got an alignment, tire rotation, and balance. The wheel weights put on my car all flew off as soon as I left the dealership and got on the freeway. I made an appointment to go back to the dealership to get them put back on. Drove 30 minutes, arrived for my appointment on time, they took my car and then 5 minutes later called me to tell me they could not prioritize my appointment anymore and I had to find another day to come back. Not prioritizing something THEY messed up is unacceptable.

Had my car the whole day and nothing was solved. They didn’t even top off my fluids. When I went to pick up service rep had an attitude. Waited 1 hour for the car to be brought up from the back. This is the 3rd poor experience I’ve had at camelback Toyota. And I have purchase 5 brand new vehicles from here in the last 20years

Poor communication regarding service. 3% credit card charge was not disclosed until time of payment. Vehicle was presented to me after payment with no clean up and windows streaked and dirty. The quoted price on the service tracker website was deceptive as apparently it did not include cost of labor.

Don’t appreciate the up-charges like credit card 3% and hazmat fee when not quoted. Probably won’t be back for service again.

Good. But belongings left in back of trading car which I requested a few days later. No one gave me the courtesy of a call to let me know I had forgotten things in the back. And when I called, Marion said it is “gone” and did not try to make it right. No manager there took responsibility for this. I know my car got emptied out. Someone kept my belongings. That’s very disappointing!!

Play movies or regular TV in the waiting area. Very boring to watch the feed that keeps looping.

Gouging. They were going to charge me $760 for a new key & 10 minutes for programming. my car key didn't even programming for my model of car. I ended up just buying the key because sells person talked me into it. Key still cost $260 for one key. Insane.
