The service advisor shows great customer service skills BUT the auto technicians DO NOT know what they are doing half the time. I believe it’s lack of experience or under pay personal. On top of that I encounter dishonesty. My vehicle was search, my credit card was used to buy lunch the days my truck was in service and then charged 500$.

My previous car was with Lexus they always provided me with a courtesy vehicle yesterday I felt like my time was unappreciated like I made the wrong decision with my vehicle purchase should of gone to Lexus

Camelback Toyota sold me a new 2024 RAV4 Hybrid XSE. We immediately had problems with the front camera. The camera would malfunction and subsequently cruise control and many of the safety features would not work. Took into dealership to have fixed, got the car back and within 15 minutes had the same issue. Repeated this several times, they could never fix it and refused to replace the camera. Over the 9 years I have used CB Toyota there nascent a steady decline of quality.
I scheduled an appointment with Mike Romero and was told for a second time he was gone for the day. I will not be returning to camelback Toyota

Little communication throughout the process, had vehicle all day performed no service and I had to call to find out my car was ready. Service guy wrote all over windshield with a grease pencil and didn’t wipe it off when the car was returned to me. I Called dealer customer service and they don’t return my call.

Came in for an oil change. I also asked for a quote to get my headlights replaced. Asked twice! Never got it but U gave me a list of $3K of other stuff, some of which do not need to be done because they were done elsewhere recently.

I had an appointment for a simple oil change, I was there for 4+ hours in the waiting room without any communication. Then I got hit with a surprise 3% fee for payment. I was in no way treated as a customer that bought a car at the dealership. I was simply ignored
