That was my third visit after I did some maintenance to the car, cost me 600 dollars, first visit 7 hours waiting time, second visit 3 and a half hours , third visit 2 and a half hours with the same issue, I replaced the front brakes among anther things and I kept hearing noise sound coming out of the brakes,

Horrible communication, overpriced compared to other dealerships and I hate how every time they give me a list of thousands of dollars of work I need to have done including every flush under the sun. The high pressure is obnoxious. Never again.

The communication/prices is not their strongest asset. They give you one price and when the services are performed it becomes another price.

Service manager’s assistant is rude and there is never any follow up on the status of my vehicles next steps. I have been in 3 times and my car has not been fixed.

Terrible customer service. I have informed the dealership that neither one of my two Toyatas will ever be in their service dept again.

I am 68 years old and had innumerable service experiences and this was by far the worst I have ever experienced. Noah my service advisor did a horrible job of setting expectations and managing them. I will never set foot in that dealership again unless it is a meeting with upper management to discuss this issue.
