My battery terminals were corroded quite extensively to the point you could not read a charge and instead of cleaning them like they should have as my battery is at 100% when tested independently they just told me I needed a new battery(which again is at 100%)). A big shout out to another Toyota dealership for doing the job PROPERLY! I will NOT BE returning to Camelback Toyota again even for the Zac Tek they sold me on! Very high pressure situation. Did not intend to buy a car that day, Initial sales rep knew very little about to car or the process. Felt worn down to the point of agreeing to something I wasn't sure I wanted. Probably my last dealing with Camelback and likely Toyota also.

I brought my car up there and it was so much chaos. I was given misinformation which caused me to go somewhere else to get my car fixed. Both times I was offended due to the customer service

Arrived on time sat 11Am waited til 330pm. No updates were provided until I walk to advisor office to ask for update. He said they don't have time to service my truck. I only received images on hoses and other parts to replace without meeting w me to going over recommendations. I Had to come bk again on Monday during my work hrs for a/c svs to prepare for the summer and prevent a heat stroke as i work out in the community to make a difference. Recommendations are conflicting each other meaning recommending the alignment and in second recommendation is for replacement of tire as 2 separate which is conflicting. Suggested to wording properly to protect conflict. And also extra charge on the credit card payment is burden to the customer.

We were misled & lied to. Mislead when our appointment was at 10'30, this implies the service of our vehicle is to begin @ 10:30. We showed up @ 9:45 & were told that it would be serviced right away, should be done in 2-3 hrs. We returned 3 hours later, to find the service hasn't yet begun.The only reason not one star is because we had an air condition place to wait with free coffee, tea, water.

We came in for our services- tire rotation and oil change. The time frame was great, 2 hours with appointment. However, when we left - our car had no hub cap. Cammeron and the manager said they will replace it for us since Camelback Toyota was the last to touch the car. He did say hmm weird idk how that could have happened. I’m also curious how it could happen when the hub cap gets put on before the bolts of the tire. Service writer always good but, sometimes your mechanics in the background are making unpleasant mistakes. Some of them are young duds so please , train them more. And please reintroduce the van drop on/off into the area back on. The dealership became so poor that can’t afford that “sweet “ service to clients?
