I only wish it was easier to talk to service advisors. I understand they are busy but sometimes I have a question or concern. But I have to text to get to them. I’m old school and just want to talk to someone. Also it seems a little difficult to just pick up my car and go. Plus does service not wash cars anymore. I had black finger prints on my white car. Go in for service and there id always additional work "upsaled" to double quote . Frustrating
I purchased my vehicle at Camelback Toyota in 2006 and have had it serviced there ever since. Now, the wait times of almost 4 hours for relatively simple fixes are terrible. I always make an appointment. Recently, After waiting three hours, they finally looked at the vehicle and I was told they didn't have the part and I would have to come back -- another almost two hour wait. Typical car dealership that lies and service department that recommends services that are not necessary
They have always been wonderful but yesterday I had to wait for about 4 hours to get my car done. Plus no one told me I needed my car spotless it not only cost me time but also money. I was very dissatisfied
Made an appointment, still waited over 4 hours, problem not resolved, always trying to squeeze more maintenance out of you with very high rates. We make appointments to get in and get issues resolved..
Worst service I have ever had from Toyota dealership. Service was completed and then left the dealership and issues happened part broke and dragging on the ground. had to go back to dealership and have reduced
