Poor communication regarding service. 3% credit card charge was not disclosed until time of payment. Vehicle was presented to me after payment with no clean up and windows streaked and dirty. The quoted price on the service tracker website was deceptive as apparently it did not include cost of labor.
Business response:
Ryan, our credit card fees are disclosed throughout our dealer and we apologize if this was not communicated with you directly. Should you have further questions about our pricing, at your earliest convenience, please contact Jimmy, Service Manager, at cbtservice@vtaig.com. Thank you.
Don’t appreciate the up-charges like credit card 3% and hazmat fee when not quoted. Probably won’t be back for service again.
Business response:

Good. But belongings left in back of trading car which I requested a few days later. No one gave me the courtesy of a call to let me know I had forgotten things in the back. And when I called, Marion said it is “gone” and did not try to make it right. No manager there took responsibility for this. I know my car got emptied out. Someone kept my belongings. That’s very disappointing!!
Play movies or regular TV in the waiting area. Very boring to watch the feed that keeps looping.
Gouging. They were going to charge me $760 for a new key & 10 minutes for programming. my car key didn't even programming for my model of car. I ended up just buying the key because sells person talked me into it. Key still cost $260 for one key. Insane.
Business response:
Unfortunately we do not control the pricing of OEM parts, such as keys, Should you wish to discuss your inquiry further, feel free to reach out to our Service Department.
Mark as a service attendant great but they should change the oil every 3000 miles and my car star shaking after 75miles an hour witch it didn’t before the rotation I think they didn’t balance before there turn the car every time you rotate a tire it has to be balance thanks

We’ve been happy with the dealership and the service that we’ve had in the service station. This time was a little different. We were not as happy. The major issue was that we told Ted we were going on a road trip and he said if he were going on the road trip, he would do the flushing of all the fluids and everything and that’s just what he would do. I did a little research and then what I found was that the fluid should be inspected But most of the research I saw said probably didn’t have to change it to 100,000 miles and w... read more

Brought my car in for service with an appointment. A rental car was supposed to be reserved. When I arrived I was told no cars were available. So I left with my own vehicle. No service done.
Business response:

Interactions with the representative was nice and professional but after those points it was the stereotypical “dealership” with hidden fees and prices. The sales rep failed to mention the total price when dealing with replacing my hybrid battery. The price given to me when I said it was a go was $5.3k and at the end of the day getting charged $6k. Where was that mentioned? Why are the sales rep failing to give their customers the honest and total price? It was frustrating ti be pushed in a corner without a way to get out wh... read more
