Went 2 hours early for software issues. No help. Software was worse after service. Clock reset for Hawaii time. SiriusXm issues unresolved. Second phone installed before service, gone after service. Not informed it would take 3 hours when appt made.
My husband and I drove two hours to buy a car from this dealership that we’d seen online. While we love the car we got there, our trade-in experience with them was a whole other story. We thought we might receive $3000-$4000 for it based on KBB. However, we were told adamantly that our car could NOT be sold due to its mileage, and would go straight to auction. I’ve been going to this dealership for years for service and have always had good experiences for the most part except for yesterday. It seems that they are too big and too busy and the customer is not first.
Every time I bring in my certified tacoma there is something major that needs repair. I bought the truck here at CBT but feel like they rushed the certification knowing that I would have to bring it in and spend money at the service department. It should have been a red flag when the finance manager told me they don't make money selling vehicles they make money having their vehicles serviced. Not happy at all
It was absolutely chaotic! I had a 10:30 appointment, 3 bays were identified for appointments. All were filled with cars. It lacked planning and leadership. The mariachi band celebrating Cinco de Mayo added to the chaotic atmosphere
I came in for an appointment for an oil change and to have an engine shield replaced that fell off while driving. I waited three hours. Then they quoted me $574 for the repair. The shield is on Google for $68. Installation is four screws, as I removed it myself so I am well aware. This company scams people and treats women horribly. It is a very toxic masculine atmosphere and I will NEVER be back. Ever.

The dealership is great service people are bad I had a oil change they forgot to put back the cap now I have oil all over my engine in the middle of the freeway my car started smoking so bad I got really scared not very good experience
Will basically try to scam you. Bought my car here about a year ago for the blind spot monitoring system and when I got it they had just fixed a week after purchase. Now a year later it’s failing and just to inspect it over 900 dollars. Not including whatever part is failing. Otherwise okay service
