Horse was rude when he called about what my car needed done. Then I called Saturday to see if my car was ready they transferred me went to voicemail. I called back and the guy finally just looked and the computer and said I don’t see your car here then he found. When the tow truck got there they said they don’t have my car in since 2023. They finally got it to me.

Was not really thrilled about paying a 6000. 00 premium on my 23 prius I have been a customer of Camelback toyota for over 30 years. Thought your dealership just took advantage of all your dedicated customers.
They put the sticker on my windshield that determines my next oil change!! However this is the third time I have brought my vechile from apache junction to Phoenix, for them to tell me it's not approved! They make a phone call and wala it's approved....why can't they call before they notify me my vechile is ready......with no oil change!! xxx
Service person was unable to explain what resolution of recall involved. Service person did not hesitate to upsell me unneeded services and products in spite of this. Service person failed to say a simple thank you. Finally, service person delivered vehicle back to me with wax writing on windshield without cleaning it off. I do not trust this dealership, nor do I believe anything they tell me. I’ve purchased several cars, but will never buy again. The service center just tries to sell you highly over priced services that used to be included. Now I’m getting excuses that things are “more expensive because you have a truck,” as if you couldn’t tell I had a truck when I drove in. Horrible. Lost a customer for life. Will never go back.

I think sending an email to me, telling me to come in for a free oil change and then not honoring that after I have made an appointment and taken my time to come in for service is a bad practice.

After explaining to the sales representative about reporting an issue to the salesman who sold us the car within the the 30 days, he told me that there nothing they can do for me because I was just bringing in the car in. He then directed me to the internet sales manager who was on a call for about 20 min, I waited for 20 minutes and then I went back to the sales representative and asked for the dealerships manager. Got an alignment, tire rotation, and balance. The wheel weights put on my car all flew off as soon as I left the dealership and got on the freeway. I made an appointment to go back to the dealership to get them put back on. Drove 30 minutes, arrived for my appointment on time, they took my car and then 5 minutes later called me to tell me they could not prioritize my appointment anymore and I had to find another day to come back. Not prioritizing something THEY messed up is unacceptable.

Had my car the whole day and nothing was solved. They didn’t even top off my fluids. When I went to pick up service rep had an attitude. Waited 1 hour for the car to be brought up from the back. This is the 3rd poor experience I’ve had at camelback Toyota. And I have purchase 5 brand new vehicles from here in the last 20years
