Do Not lease and finance, you will be xxxxx and you end up paying extra $15000.00 difference than finance from day 1. Lease is the worst investment you will ever make in car business

I was take advantage of and paid way too much for service received/provided. I will not return to this dealership for service in the future.

Very VERY slow process. Told the salesman over the phone I had limited time to purchase a vehicle and took 5 HOURS. I wasn’t even shopping for a truck I knew what I wanted called and went down 30 minutes later to pick it up and still took 5 hours and didn’t even leave with the truck. I had to tell them SIX times I didn’t want the extended warranty but somehow it kept showing up on my finances whenever they wanted me to sign. Derrick, unfortunately financing when car buying is the longest process as the dealer has to submit applications to lenders, to which then, it's up to that lender to approve the loan. This can be a timely process when shopping lenders based on the customers requested terms. I only wish it was easier to talk to service advisors. I understand they are busy but sometimes I have a question or concern. But I have to text to get to them. I’m old school and just want to talk to someone. Also it seems a little difficult to just pick up my car and go. Plus does service not wash cars anymore. I had black finger prints on my white car. No courtesy washes anymore. My service lady Lane was doing the best she could with all the work she had going on. Maybe try having more advisors to complete pick up and dro... read more

Go in for service and there id always additional work "upsaled" to double quote . Frustrating
