The person in the service dept responsible for getting my car detailed did not communicate with me, timely, regarding when my car would be ready. When I arrived to pickup my car he was no where around and another toyota staff had to call to let him know there were customers waiting in his office. This is not the customer service that I have experienced at Camelback Toyota in the past.

I have been a toyota owner for the last 20 years. The experience at Toyota camelback was very negative. The sales person didn't listen to my needs and sounded annoyed that I was all over the place when trying to decide what my next purchase was going to be. I was given many options and I was treated as if I was ignorant. She then sent a closer who was very pushy and was pressuring me to buy right away. I made an appointment for a detail. When I arrived, I was told they were unable to perform the detail today because they were short staffed. My appointment should have been canceled before hand not at the dealership.

Why can't I give Hector Obergeron 5 stars. He was the reason we did the deal. I didn't meet this manager but will give 5 stars because of Hector. Also, we were pretty forgiving as the first manager we worked with slammed his hands in my wife's face when he was trying to push a car we weren't interested in which was highly offensive. Because Héctor was nice, respectful and willing to give us the time we asked for, we stayed with you. That manager is 1 star. Waiting too long, first time service after buying the brand new car and original 2-hour service( no oil change due to not enough mileage) and it turned to be 8-hour -long( come in two days, 5 hours and 3 hours each time, have to reschedule my work schedule and take extra time off due to first time not getting the work done due to auto shop tools’ issue and waited so long the auto shop was closed so have to come back again). Messaging and calling to pick up vehicles is confusing. First time I was called very easy , most recent time I misunderstood the message saying it was ready

I was happy to be able to bring my Prius in the same day I called, and the employee who was assigned to me (Jeremiah) was friendly and helpful. But it took a long time to get my car back (5 hours) when all it needed was a new 12 V battery. Also, I don’t like speaking to a bot rather than a human being when I call to make a reservation! And I think it is gouging for a big company like yours to charge extra to use a credit card as payment.
