It was absolutely chaotic! I had a 10:30 appointment, 3 bays were identified for appointments. All were filled with cars. It lacked planning and leadership. The mariachi band celebrating Cinco de Mayo added to the chaotic atmosphere

I came in for an appointment for an oil change and to have an engine shield replaced that fell off while driving. I waited three hours. Then they quoted me $574 for the repair. The shield is on Google for $68. Installation is four screws, as I removed it myself so I am well aware. This company scams people and treats women horribly. It is a very toxic masculine atmosphere and I will NEVER be back. Ever.

It’s was way too long, and of course it was during the busiest time of the day
The dealership is great service people are bad I had a oil change they forgot to put back the cap now I have oil all over my engine in the middle of the freeway my car started smoking so bad I got really scared not very good experience

Will basically try to scam you. Bought my car here about a year ago for the blind spot monitoring system and when I got it they had just fixed a week after purchase. Now a year later it’s failing and just to inspect it over 900 dollars. Not including whatever part is failing. Otherwise okay service

I'm so done with this dealership. Just all around bad service my last two experiences. The worst!!!!!!
When I got my car back from having the Zaktek Reapplied luckily I found that they had not touched the roof at all. The first advisor that I spoke to told me I needed to call the company. The second advisor was at least sharp, enough to contact a manager who was able to rectify the situation right away. However, it cost me time out of my day to get the original poor job fixed.
Truck didn’t have floor mats I was given tundra mats when I got a Tacoma and they don’t fit well at all.
