They suggested unnecessary service just to make more money it’s shady. Not good for business

I purchased a car in November of 2023 brand new, it’s a 2024 Toyota Camry, what sealed the deal was the service being included for the first two years or 25,000 miles, when I come for my visits I feel uncomfortable being sold things that are supposed to come with the service I already paid for. Scheduled for 1:30. Was told up to three hours. After the 3 hour mark, I could see my truck parked out back and assumed it was done. As I’m asking about it, a tech pulls it to the back. I tell the service rep that I need to leave if work hasn’t already been started as I have other appointments and work that needs to be done. She says work has begun even though I just saw it drive back, claiming there were other matching Tundras (it was mine). Went first to fix a part of driver seat it was about 2 hours and told me to come back because they need some clips and have to order, I don’t live in Phoenix every time I go it’s drive 1 hr and a little bit more and the same to come back to my house, I always be on time in my appointments, the next appointment it’s supposed to finish the work with the clips I asked how long it was going to take, I was told 1 hour, I waited for 2 hours and I was told it’s gonna take 1 more hour, but instead was 5 hours, it’s easier if you guy... read more

I waited 6 hours when I made a 10am appointment. I left at 4:10pm a long wait with appt. Cameron Clark was great.

I asked Adam to please text or email me, not call me when he had the service repair document ready. I explained that I wouldn't be able to get the call due to my work situation. He said okay. Then he called me. He left a message saying that it was Adam and I needed to call him back. By the time I was able to do so, the service center had closed at the end of the day. They lied about a few things when i was buying my car and i’ll never forget about that.

The service was not great. They didn’t even take the time to remove the maintenance required from my dashboard. I also paid for alignment and my car feels the same as before. I will not be taking my car again.also the advisor assigned to me was too busy to even greet me or check me out. She assigned someone else to help her.
