Camelback Toyota provided worse service ever. They charged full service fees without provide requested service.

Camelback back toyota is not a honest service department every little type of service is very expensive should be alot more affordable.

RIP OFF - told I needed repairs that were very likely not necessary. Two other people from my area were told by this dealership they needed the same repairs but did not allow this dealership to make the repairs. When they returned to Montana to the dealer, they were told the repairs Camelback said were needed were in fact NOT NEEDED. Unfortunately I fell victim to their scam in February and had $1,718.65 in repairs made to my Toyota Highlander that were very likely unnecessary. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!! Three out of five lug nuts in the same hub were cross threaded. Do not understand why technician did not stop after the first or second one. Recommendation was that nuts were swollen due to corrosión. Inspection of nuts and studs after removal shows they were cross threaded. No corrosion on thread of stud or nut. Per other reports corrosion on lug nuts affects the chrome finish and fit with tool. Not the thread.

It was a huge disappointment, first time Toyota dealers not comply. I needed my Toyota Corolla 2016 repaired, it was impossible because you do not have an alternator... Toyota dealer not having alternators????... I pay top dollars for top attention at Toyota dealers, I was not offered any help. I was huge Toyota fan until now.. from now on, for 25 years Toyota has been my first choice. From now, I will adopt Honda

Lack of communication. Didn't return messages. No one seemed to know who should be helping me. Staff was very unprofessional. I would never do business again in the service department.

We’ve only had our services done at the dealership since purchasing in 2017. They seem to stuff us every time saying we need work done that costs between $1000 to over $3000. We do not abuse our car, nor do we drive it excessively. Either Toyota has created a substandard vehicle or the service department is swindling us.

No follow up. No call backs. No updates. They set up appointments supposedly and when you show up there isn’t one.
