I was quoted $200 to put on a single car seat cover. Going forward I will be supporting a small business that cares about building great relationships with their customers. I definitely feel taken advantage of. Also, to note, the last time I was in I asked for my car to be detailed and it was not done. I was told they ran out of time which was also extremely disappointing. However they did have time to preform the add on services they suggested even when I stressed how badly I needed it detailed. When I bought new Toyota was told free service thru 25000 miles. Surprised when I took it in for 25000 mile service and told last free service was 20,000 miles. Was told oil change will cost $79. But when picked it up they charged me $95. Very disappointing. Will go elsewhere next time

While they have done good work in the past, this last visit was not good. I felt like I had to fight to get a warranty issue fixed. It was potentially an issue which could have been catastrophic had it not been fixed. It was fixed, but not without pulling teeth.

Sad, trying to look like they care about their customers with huge waiting room and a cafe inside, but maybe I am reading that wrong…maybe IT IS stretch your leg get your steps in walk around don’t forget to eat something while you wait we wouldn’t want you to either away.

Took long time, plus service was very expensive, want to put car and was treated badly by guy called Brenden , I'm customer in camelback toyota since 15 years and this is first time treat like that , you guts can check with Erica sale representative

Service is not what it used to be, like last year. They sold the car without really giving any benefit and then service I was not even asked and then I have a bill for $98.

I said I hear a noise when driving on a non smooth roads. And It’s a 2022 model not to old to hear that vibration sounds and they said that they couldn’t replicate the issue and need couple of days to test where I have already spent 4 hours waiting. I rejected to leave again for 2 more days but when I came out of the dealership service center on the road next to dealership itself I hear the vibration noise. Did they really test my vehicle????

Deplorable. Despicable. Last contact with service agent was horrible. My stomach hurts when time to service my car. Wish I had never purchased a car from this dealership. Everyone there has an attitude and when you request to speak to a manager, no one ever shows up. Customer is of no value once the car is purchased. This dealership actually put 175 miles on my car while they had my car in their shop for 2 weeks when first purchased. One of the agents wrongly informed me that my new car key is available. Which was not the case and the service agents were not sincerely apologetic about this mistake.
