Not satisfied with the work or stated work needed. The items mentioned have already been attended to.
No customer facilities for those of us who waited for several hours. My 4Runner was delivered with the writing on the windshield.
Uriel was great. Dealership itself not. Charging 3% for credit cards and not offering $8 return Lyft ride for a long time customer is nickel and dime business and is prompting me to assess whether to buy my next 4Runner (my fourth) from another dealer and to stop using this dealer for service altogether. It’s petty and cheap to have practices like this for someone who been a customer as long as I have.
It took 8 hours for Toyota to complete my service. Charging 3% for credit cards is poor customer service.
Unprofessional, negligent, unorganized, poor customer service. Will never go back or recommend to anyone ever.
poor customer service misleading information and over charging , i think these folks clearly work on commission, i would never recommend this dealership , i will come back. its like they get your money and then it’s whatever,
I bought my civic from here, but I’ll be taking my car to a Tempe/Mesa area Honda dealer from now on. Camelback Toyota had to send my civic to Honda across the street because they couldn’t figure out the problem my civic was having. They did give me a rental at no charge but that was about the only positive thing I liked.
I was told to do a service which didn't need to be done. And it cost a lot of money. After the manager was notified the manager said that my car doesn't qualify for that service. What is all this about? Plus the dealership charged me extra 3% for using a credit card to pay for the service. Pure ripoff.
For a “free” scheduled checkup it was the recommendation of the service technician that both an oil and gas additive be used for an $81 charge. This is an aggressive sales practice on the part of the service technicians.
