Camelback just screwed me over as well. A car that I had been tracking for 2 months was just set to come in. The Camelback policy was that you could purchase only once it arrived on the lot. I was prepared to go in today, but was waiting for the car to arrive first. The had not even arrived and I got a message from the sales associate I was working with that the car was presold. Quality control wasn't checked. Instaslled was defected/dirty visor. Returned back with the vehicle.

We had a service appointment and usually only wait 1-2 hours at most, this last appointment we waited 6 plus hours for our vehicle. We kept asking when it would be done and never got an ETA. Finally asked for Service manager for help and took 30 minutes to check out. Disappointed in having to make an appointment and wait as long as it takes to buy a new vehicle and have it financed.

I was very disappointed that my truck came back to me with dirt and oil arm marks on the outside of the doors. When I take my other car to jiffy lube they all least clean the windows and I never have it returned the way I got my new truck back.

The person in the service dept responsible for getting my car detailed did not communicate with me, timely, regarding when my car would be ready. When I arrived to pickup my car he was no where around and another toyota staff had to call to let him know there were customers waiting in his office. This is not the customer service that I have experienced at Camelback Toyota in the past.
I have been a toyota owner for the last 20 years. The experience at Toyota camelback was very negative. The sales person didn't listen to my needs and sounded annoyed that I was all over the place when trying to decide what my next purchase was going to be. I was given many options and I was treated as if I was ignorant. She then sent a closer who was very pushy and was pressuring me to buy right away. I made an appointment for a detail. When I arrived, I was told they were unable to perform the detail today because they were short staffed. My appointment should have been canceled before hand not at the dealership.
